I bought these in black with black polarized lenses for my husband.
He's got a wider head than your usual Joe, and other sunglasses squeeze his head and give him migraines. These don't do that. He originally had same cut non-polarized, so I knew they would fit. These polarized were $100 cheaper than the Oakleys that were the only others we could find that fit.
I jokingly put these on, and they slide right off my head so I wouldn't pick these up unless average sunglasses run a little small on you. Pay the extra for the polarized, it makes a world of difference and yes, no replacement lenses so be careful.
I still would buy them over the Oakleys, they are WAY cheaper so long as you don't go destroying them ;)

Great Sunglasses - Bad CompanyAug 24, 2008

I love these glasses. They look great and feel great. I have a big head, thus i need a wider pair of sunglasses - don't worry if you have a small head they should fit you just fine as well. I was a little timid to buy the satin finish fearing that it would have more of a matte finish as opposed to a gloss one, but all in all they look pretty nice. The hinges are a little stiff, but that will probably change with time. If you are looking for a youthful, but still sporty pair of sunglasses these are it.
Update - i was doing a little construction work and a rock flew up and hit my glasses leaving a good sized dent in one of the lens. I contacted von zipper via email and they replied that they will do nothing to fix them - they offer no replacement program for any price. This is outrageous for a sunglass company to do - mistakes happen. I advise all those looking for sunglasses to avoid this company! go with another brand (oakley, arnette, electric, spy, etc...) that have coherent exchange policies. Check out the Technician from Electric if you are stuck on this style of sunglasses! I will never do business with Von Zipper again.

"PSU PRIDE"
I love this pair of sunglasses but within 6 months they started to turn yellow. I only wear them occasionally and for the price I expect better quality materials. I even called to see if there is a way to polish them back to original color but all I got was the run around.
Overall mixed reviews, love the glasses but I wish they would stay white and not turn yellow.
