These are the only glasses that fit comfortably on my face. This is actually the second pair I've owned. Lost the first pair to the ocean.
non polarized, still great!Sep 17, 2009
By N. F. Pastore I went for the cheaper price and got the non polarized version of these glasses. I still think they are awesome and well worth the money.
Great shadesMay 29, 2009
By B-Rex I've used these glasses for the last 10 months as a pilot and active runner and have been very satisfied. I've really abused them in all conditions. They seem to be MUCH more scratch resistant than my last pairs of Bolle and Arnette glasses. One of the nose pieces came off and so I called Smith about purchasing a new one and they sent me a pair for free. Customer service at Smith was great. I'm purchasing my 2nd pair today.

Repeat offender...:)Apr 05, 2010
By Eric D. Whiteside I have been a fan of Smith sunglasses for over a decade now. I am an avid outdoorsman and I have several different models of their glasses. I have to say that the Hudsons are the best mix of style and functionality of all the pairs that I own. They go from trail to town with ease. All of the colors available are great and the fit and look of these glasses is in my opinion kind of a timeless cool. You can dress them up or down easily. Also...you can't go wrong with carbonic lenses for eye protection. I have 3 pairs of these to include a pair of prescription Hudsons from the company. They did an EXCELLENT job on those as well. One word of warning though...I had to send my Burnt Orange Polarchromic Hudsons back to Smith because the Polarization film combined with the polarchromic lens started to delaminate from the lens. Customer service told me that this was a common problem and for that reason they do not make that version anymore. They DID however give me my choice of another color Hudsons at no charge. I went with the Tortoise Polarized Brown and I LOVE them as much as I love the others. I also own a pair of Smith Interlock Tracers, Hideouts (Matte Black Evolve Frame with Ignitor Polarchromic lenses...AWESOME GLASSES), and the new Pivlock 90's which are GREAT for road cycling. Bottom line...you can't go wrong with Smith...if you are on the fence about the Hudsons...trust me...just get them...you'll be very happy with them. Lastly, if you can afford it, spring for the polarized lenses...they are worth the extra money and your eyes will thank you!
